Most dealers have above average dealing skills but they are not the friendliest dealers in town.
Average service and drinks
Mirage is not a friendly room. Unlike other casinos after playing there for years the floor people rarely remembered my name or what game I played. However, the floorperson that runs the tournaments does an excellent job.
If you're not paying for a comp with a tip, the floor people think they are doing you a big favor if they give you a comp. At one point they had people standing in line for comps. I played there for years, would not stand in line, and probably received a total of about six comps.
