This is a very nice well maintained poker room. Even playing low stakes you feel somewhat pampered in this room.
I only played one session of NLHE $200max and at least 4 of the people at my table had qualified for the main event of the WSOP. There was one drunk giving his money away and went all-in at least 6 times with garbage (once was a 5 high with no pair) and the one time he did have a hand was when I called him with the 2nd place hand. Between some cold cards and a couple of bad breaks I lost my buyin after about 5 hours of play.
The dealers were excellent and a few were entertaining as well. No real mistakes and one dealer got into an altercation with a regular because he was speaking to his buddy in a language other than english. Management immediately came over and resolved the issue. I would rate them as excellent, but one dealer did not accurately count one pot and ended up shorting one of the players about $15 out of a $200+ pot. A couple of players tried to point it out but the dealer said it was fine and it wasn't until about 10 minutes later that the player that was shorted counted their chips and realized there was a problem, so too late to do anything about it.
It was early in the morning when I sat down and initally the waitress was very good, but I think she got off at 8:00AM and it did not appear that they had anyone to replace her as the food and beverage manager eventually started taking orders and bringing the drinks slowly.
They were quick to help me when I walked in, got me seated and got me chips very quickly. They resolved the one conflict I saw quickly and neatly.
They had free pastries and donuts out in the morning that were quite tasty.
