Nice room, announcements done often for open tables/ sngo's ready to go off, and organized overall.
Some good, some bad, some in the middle.......the norm.
Dealers were knowledgable and did a good job of settling disputes.
Excellent service....come around often and service is generally quick.
Day manager is great. On a June Saturday night the two night managers were a couple of morons. A brand new 2/5 NL table opened up and I went and bought in for $300. I placed 2 $100 bills and 5 $20 bills on the felt in front of me. The manager came around and collected money from the three of us who were last to buy in. The dealer announced to the table that one man was playing $500 behind, I was playing $300 behind, and another man was playing $200 behind. When the manager returned a few minutes later, a new dealer was at at the table. The manager gives one player $500, another $400, and gives me $100!!! He walked away and I figure he is getting my chips?!?!?! He isn't, so I call him over and he tells me I only have him 5 $20 bills! I tell him this is not the case and he should check the tape as it will show the money I placed on the felt and then handed to him. 10 minutes goes by and I still have no answer about my chips, at this time I realize for sure that the other player at the table that bought in for only $200 has my chips. Another manager comes and asks me how much money I came to the casino with? I tell him I gave $300 and he repeats his question....I answer him and he looks at me and walks away. Then it turns bizarre....the guy who has my $200 in chips walks over to my chair and drops $200 onto my chair!! I immediately get up and go over to the management to tell them what happened. We all walk back to the table (the money is still on the chair) and they both tell me how I dropped it on the chair all along!!! I immediately cash out so I can at least leave with my $300 and that is that. I think management handled this terribly because they allowed another player to get my chips and then let him get away with it and didn't respond to the issue at hand. Shouldn't the manager count how much each player gives him before throwing it all together in his hand and then go on the "honor" system by asking what each player bought in for? It was a ridiculous experience that was caused by the manager's inadequate organiational skills.
You must ask/tell the manager at the podium how many hours you played and they will give you a $15 food credit good at 4 restaurants within the Mirage. If you play 3-4 hours you will get the comp.
