This is a crowded, busy room; cluttered, used and loud. There is some attempt to keep it clean and neat, but seems a losing battle. Poker atmosphere, though, serious gambling going on!
I didn't come across any amateurs. Many experienced players.
All were competent and friendly.
I don't drink when I play cards. The bottled water was great! Frankly, I barely noticed the waitresses.
