Not quite as fancy as the big rooms (Aria, Venetian, Wynn, and Bellagio), the room is still large and comfy. Plenty of room between tables. Great location in the casino, encourages railbirds and casual play.
I played two sessions, each in the afternoon/evening time period. There were a few local grinders, and some tourists. Games were pretty average, with some nitty play offset by some bad lay.
Dealers are above average compared to Vegas as a whole, but not in the elite level. Two dealers failed to detect calls that were light, and several other errors occurred that would not occur at elite rooms. Pace of play was also notably slow, in part due to dealer failure to guide action. But, overall dealers do a good to solid job.
Drink service didn't stand out for good or for ill. Typical common range of drinks available, but no premium booze. Pace of service was OK, but not great.
Management has improved dramatically since my last visit. Floors are friendly, games are started quickly, and tourneys seem well run.
Good promos have been implemented (mostly HHJs), but comps are still a hassle. This will hopefully improve in the near future as the room's management continues to make improvements to the system.
