The room was well spaced, and well laid out - the cashier cage in a prime position, along with easily viewable screens for tournament info. Comfortable chairs make a huge difference too!
I would describe the standard as 'beginner', and very beatable. After watching a lot of hands on my table I soon realised that it was commonplace to call a 3-bet all in on the flop with top pair & no kicker! Just play the ABC poker and wait til you pick up a hand!
Dealers were efficient and very few mistakes were noted
Waitresses were helpful and dressed well, but not as fast as I had experienced in other poker rooms, hence the 4 not 5.
Tournament started efficiently, on time and with no hiccups. Breaks/chipups were handled expertly, as was out end-of-game 'chop' which left me with the larger share of chips and thus the chance of a photo opportunity (framed photo to keep)!
I have given a comps rating of 3, in line with previous reviewers as I had no experience of this aspect when in the Mirage.
