When I was seated the room had a nice comfortable feel.
There were plenty of bad tournament players
Dealers were very professional. Did not have a single misdeal or issue with a pot.
Quality and got drinks quickly. Not much in the looks department for a midday Saturday though.
Could use some improvement here. I registered as an alternate at ~11:20AM and was told they would be opening up another table by 12:00PM. 12:00PM came and went and they did not open another table instead opting to seat alternates as players busted. I didn't get seated until almost 12:30. I wasn't the only alternate getting a little antsy at this point as the blinds were now at 500/1000. Chips were also delivered to the front desk during this time so one front desk person was tied up with that while the other one tried to manage the growing list of 1-2 and 3-6 cash game players. Got to be kind of a zoo with no information being given to the tournament alternates.
