I found the room to be average to other rooms. Tables old and without cup holders. Chairs were better than standard catering chairs but not by mush. Room seemed dark and depressing where I was. No table tracking of play, you must swipe in and out at the desk which isn't a big issue if you know to do that which I didn't until I sat down at my table and then had to go back.
Mix of solid and soft, maybe 2/3 solid, but beatable. I didn't see anything that made me think I couldn't win consistently against the locals playing here.
I will give them average because I did have two dealers that were very good but the larger majority were not good. Many dealers I had seemed to have some chip on their sholder or issues with the management, players or servers. They really sucked the energy out of me.
I drank water so can't speak to anything other than the service. The servers I had were cranky or impersonal. I asked which non-domestic beers they had and was stared at like I was a huge pain in their butts. Then rather than answer the question had a laminated card thrown on the table in front of me so I just handed it back and said I will take another water to make it easy on them.
Seemed efficient but didn't let me know I needed to swipe in at the desk for comps. Seemed very busy and disorganized for a Saturday afternoon with no more than 5 tables going.
standard comps.
