We really liked this room. My husband loved the adjustable chairs. At first I didn't like the fact that there were no cup holders but then we found the ones that slide under the rail. It was not too noisy, was separated without feeling like you were completely out of the casino action.
We only played 3/6 Limit here. During the day you would find the Vegas regulars with a mix of tourists like us. Saw some really bad players as well but most people seemed to know what they were doing.
Didn't see any mistakes. Some of the dealers had great personality (Candy, Jeremy, Jeffrey(?). A few were not as lively but they were competent.
We thought the service was great. They were coming by faster than we could finish our drinks. We especially liked Pamela. I don't care how they look though - lol...
Most of the time we were greated right away. Never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a table. We met the poker room hostess and talked about possible poker rate on a future trip.
We got our $15 comp for 8 hours of play. Initially we tried to get the $5 comp after 3 hours of play but the front staff didn't seem to know about it (but I knew Chris had posted about it). To be fair, we didn't check at the back of the room at that time. Once we reached 8 hours we asked for and received our comp without any problem.
