Definitely not a high quality service poker room. Is located in a strip mall and had 2 sides in 1 large area. Dealer based card games in one and about poker 20 poker takes on the other which there were four 1-2 good em games going. Drink service at the tables were very slow. First table I was set at soon broke and when the pit Boss came over there I asked how many seats were available and he replied he had to determine how many players were still wanting to play. However, even after the hand was completed in a few minutes had passed I had to ask him if he was going to ask and find out or in other words pretty much do his job. Later at another table the dealer called for the floor several times and no pit Boss could be found it took at least 5 minutes while playing was suspended waiting to find someone to answer the floor call. Horrible management, then again maybe it was just this particular horrible manager, but regardless was kind of a joke. When I went to cash out the cage miscounted my chips and was yelling at me as I was walking down the hall to get the $5 that she had accidentally miscounted and given me too much. Players seemed soft so it was a pretty good table but again very poor management!! So I would question ever returning again.
