We must have been in a party mood to have played here. There are three tables near the front doors for cash games, practically on the sidewalk. They offer 1-2 NL and 1-5 limit game. If you don't mind playing in the loudest casino in Vegas, you will not mind O'Sheas. Between the loud rock bands, mind blowing karaoke, and of course, the whistle-blowing, shot-pouring Leprechan, we had a great time! The tournament room is towards the back and has 5 tables. The tournaments are actually well-run.
Most players are here to have a good time first, and play poker second. Each cash game I played had one "pro" berating the table. If you play TAG, and not too drunk, you will do well.
They all did well considering the amount of distractions. Only one mess up during the tournament when the dealer began dealing the flop before I check in the big blind. I did not mind the mistake too much, but she tried to tell me that I checked, and she knew I had not. No big deal.
Fast and furious! Friendly, too. Only complaint is lack of choices other than domestic beers and well drinks. Not the fault of the cocktail waitresses, who were awesome!
Dan is the man. He tirelessly oversaw the tournaments all day and night. As for cash games, these guys are all about seating you in no time.
Total Rewards works here, even during tournaments! However, you have to remember to swipe out for both cash and tournament play.
