The demand clearly outweighs the supply for seats and the management doesn't give a @#$% to change it. If you want to spend an evening here you need to wait minimum 2 hours and on a weekends 3-4 hours. Their calling system also adds to the delay giving each player 7 minutes to come after they have been called. With wait times like this many players leave the casino yet, it can take 14 minutes to get through 2 players on a list. I've played at tables with empty seats for 30+ minutes and huge wait lists simply because it takes so long to call players.
There is also a huge lack of servers. You are lucky to have one come around every 30 minutes.
My advice, if you are going to run a poker room, do it right. Otherwise close the room so that you don't @#$% off your clientele.
