Most comfortable seats, nicest tables w/ cupholders and it's only getting better with 3 tvs newly installed facing into the poker room. Nice dedicated poker tv showing the blinds, time, payout, etc. Good rock and roll music playing from outside the room.
A shark or two at the table but mostly college kids giving it a shot. Pleasure to play against that is for sure.
Younger dealers, mostly males. One huge messup that hurt the weakest player at table. In short, the dealer let the lady to his right muck an unseen, but winning hand, into the discards without asking to see them. Another player verbally conceeded the hand and showed low hand, but she took that as a fold and mucked her sure winner. No one played it well, but the dealer should have asked her to show her hand and not let her stick it in the middle of the discards. All she needed was a 7 or higher to win. Shameful and strange.
Nothing special to the speed, correctness, or to look at. Good folks though.
On their game, moved people appropriately to fill tables. Did fine at getting alternates into the game. Had to handle the above situation. Explained it to the poor lady, but she was too embarrassed by her own bad play.
N/A to the 10AM tournament, but regular table play had <$599 jackpot hands.
