I have played at this card room on my last 4 trips to Las Vegas. The game really improved when they went from a $1000 guarantee to a $1500. The $1500 guarantee assures the games will have enough players. I would prefer a normal pay out but usually there is a chop deal and guaranteeing two places isn’t bad. I have gone to other rooms and so few showed up it wasn’t worth playing.
It is always friendly. I prefer lower buy ins so I can play often. The $75 buy in means one can play a lot of games. This is my favorite place to play.
Most of the tables have the automatic card shufflers so the games move right along. The dealers are knowledgeable and friendly. Drinks come around probably more often than is needed so never any waiting.
I was concerned with the poker area being in the middle of a bunch of slot machines but it never has been a problem. The noise is no problem and I have gotten so I like watching people walk by. They also have many TVs with sports on. They will change channels if requested. Sign-ups and payouts are organized and handled quickly.
A great place to play tournaments!
