Almost all of the dealers are perfect 99% of the time. There is one dealer that messes up 90% of the time and I don't like her otherwise it would be a 5
Certain shifts are perfect and certain ones are a trainwreck, nothing in between
Every Floor call I have seen was the correct one, they do a great job in dealing with sloppy drunks and making sure everyone follows the rules without going crazy and making it not fun for all the tourists
