Played 2 tournaments at PH the 2pm and 2am. Very nicely ran. Had one problem in the afternoon tournament, there were 4 of us left at the table and some one suggested a chop because we all would get about $10.00 less than what 2nd would pay. I was chip lead by about 20 thousand and there were 2 very small stacks. I said I would be willing to chop as long as everyone agreed to give me $25.00 more from there take. One of the lo stacks agreed imdiately the 2nd chip stack didn't want to. Next hand i fold, the player in small blind went all in and the 2nd chip stack leaded checked his cards and said that before he called would we all be willing to split again (looking directly at me). I said i would be willing to split as long as it was agreed that I would get the extra $25.00. He agreed. As the pit boss was called the dealer started collecting our chips, and i then mentioned that my husband was playing paigow and probably needed more money. Then I told them all that it was a good thing they decided to chop and give me the extra money because they all would have gone down to me any way. The guy who was running 2nd said that was not what he had agrred to and that we were all to spilt evenly. An argument ensued, the pit poss asked the dealer what the truth was and he said that both people were right but the guy still would not agree and proceeded to call me a liar. After hearing the details the pit boss offered me a dinner comp, one palyer gave me the $25.00 because that was the agreement and the other two mucked out of the deal. All in all, it wasn't the best experience and the last time i chop.
