Management are polite, honorable men whom you can tell just by briefly watching them, how seriously they take their job and how passionate they are to grow the room. They take the time to quickly learn and remember your name despite the thousands (?) of people who've played here since it opened?! They are true gentlemen.
Almost every dealer is way better at what they do than one might expect, while also being personable and quirky.
The people who've been around since the beginning are the unsung heroes of this place.
And most of the players are good people to play with, who take winning and losing with grace.
It took me months after moving to Dallas to work up the nerve to try this place. I wish I'd done it much sooner.
If I were to offer constructive criticism, I'd like to see more cash game promotions at all hours of the day (the giveaways don't have to be massive), as it seems most of that attention goes towards the tournament side.
Thanks for everything you guys do!
