Space is huge and has potential given that it is on other side of major poker rooms however they don't seem to get it. They need players and charging similar rate to largest poker rooms in the south is a recipe for failure.
1. Charge flat $5 hr and don't change it for a long time until 10 tables are running on a average.
2. Target surrounding areas demographics, advertise in South Richardson with large Asian contingent and surrounding area with Spanish advertising.
3. Run a free stream invite players to play for free on stream.
4. Update lights from fluorescent soul sucking office space to something a bit more like a lounge
Not sure if this will turnaround the venue but if they continue to operate without major changes like those suggested they will go broke.

So you're a shill for another room? That's cool. We need to attract more players while running 120 actual people through our tournaments 4 nights a week and having 2-4 cash games everyday, so you 1* us, but you love the place with darts and table tennis that never has more than 1 game?!?! That's not suspicious at all shill.
Ya'll go read our guys review of another local room, then check their action and draw your own conclusions. Pffft.
