This is a huge conflict of interest. I have watched the dealers watch who is and who is not drunk and then get off work and play them for easy money.
I was recently berated and mocked by a drunk dealer who was playing at my table who told other players personal information about me that he knew because he worked there.
The management said that he was warned.
The dealer then spent the next many minutes cheering whenever I lost.
Recently, I watched another drunk dealer actually break a bottle on a table and attempt to attack someone with it. I'm not joking. If you go ask about why Becky is banned.
I was certainly one of the best tippers in the room giving at most 300 dollar tip in a single hand. I will never go there again.
