The software is top notch, which isn't much of a surprise since it's provided by a pre-Black Friday company. Everything I knew and loved is here, including player notes, hand histories, time banks, synchronized breaks, etc. I did have an issue one Sunday when I couldn't deposit to refill my account for a big tournament. I had to call, and they told me I needed to call the payment processor. The payment processor basically said, "Your transaction was automatically declined. All we can say is try again later ..." So, that sucked. Otherwise, amazing software.
