WSOPcom is okay if you really need to get your poker fix in. The tournament structures are good but really long and the cash games are okay.
There aren't many players in the player pool until the actual WSOP series rolls around. Otherwise, it features a bunch of NL rebuy tournaments and a few regularly running low stakes cash games.
Customer service is awful! Good luck getting a response that offers any shred of intelligence or helpful advice from the representatives who man the helpdesks at WSOPcom. Just look at the other online poker discussion site with an actual WSOP rep!
Deposit/Cashout: Easy to get money on. Takes a week to get money back. If you want to avoid the extra hassle, just request a check. Forget the cage.
Bonuses/Comps: Unless you are glued to your WSOPcom account all day, the comps and bonuses are worthless. NV Live poker comps > WsopCom comps.
