they banned my account.they said I was cheating location.
I talked to the customer service several times but they keep saying I have to write a liability statement which says I will never cheat and never use a rooted device or an app.
They said I was out of nj and I cheated the locations.
However I have never gone to other states because of COVID
I have never cheated and I showed the photo of the history of my locations from my phone.
They are still asking me to send the statement.
I cannot state what I didn’t do.
There are a lot of complaints about their geographic system as u can see the reviews of borgata apps on apple stores which is 2 stars out of 5.
I am not the only one who had geographic problems.
a lot of people said even though they were in NJ, the Borgata poker geographic system said that they were not in NJ.imagine if u play 100-1000buy in and suddenly u get kicked out. And they complained the customer service blamed customers like their internet was not good etc. like me, they accused me of using fake apps or something.
That's out of question!
Before I got banned,about 10 times I already got kicked out from games and they have never given me a refundstay away
