Never been to NJ but I heard the regs here systematically complained about a player's intellectual property (video footage) and got the floor to force the player into deleting the footage, stop recording there, or risk being banned. Very messed up if you ask me. 1) You don't have the legal right to force a player to delete their intellectual property especially when you let them start recording. 2) unless someone specifically asked not to be recorded there's no reason for you to confront the person (unless they're doing something fishy in the footage) and even if it's a private business he's still allowed to record unless YOU are doing something illegal and don't want it on video. I personally feel I need to act on this and I will. These actions should be frowned upon in this "community" if you can even call this club a "community" can't really make the claim you are a community when you ostracized a player for recording footage of the game you host. Ridiculous and obscene behavior by the management.
