This used to be the best place to play poker in East coast. But not any more. They have changed a lot of rules/attitude in recent times( because of pandemic)
1) walking from tables - you don’t get enough time to get food/coffee and return back. (Used to be 90 minutes before). They pick you up.
2) when you check in, there is no place to wait. So you have to be somewhere else like in your hotel room. And when you get a message for your seat, you just get 5 minutes to get to your seat otherwise they give away the seat to someone else.
The major problem I see is in the attitude of the staff.
a) The floor persons have started behaving too bossy.
b) The floor person and the dealer let the games get run by the regs at the table who behave like table bosses. The staff don’t apply the above rule 1 and 2 equally to everyone and show favoritism to these regs.
c) It takes forever to get the attention of staff for things like moving a person from must move games
d) The cashier counter is very understaffed. The counter is even closed in early hours on weekends and chips has to be bought at the tables, sometimes from other players in the table.
As a player, I don’t feel welcome anymore. If there is another casino which offers my game, I will be the first person to jump.
