The room is HUGE and pretty elegant. I really like that there is a seperate room for tournament play.
I thought the play was pretty loose. I was on $3/6 and to the right of a guy who would raise blind on every hand and not even look at his cards until the turn. There were a few other guys who did alot of raising just for the action. A pretty sweet game if you could catch some cards!!
I went through a few dealers and they were ok but there was a dealer named Patches who was pretty lively and fun. The only thing I didn't like with all of them was that they were allowing alot of out of turn play and lots of pot splashing, which would make it a bit chaotic at times.
I didnt care for the cocktail service at all. The waitress was decent looking but she took FOREVER!!! Its wasnt really her fault though because she was the only waitress in the entire room. That room is way too big for just one cocktail waitress, especially on a Saturday night. And when she finally did make it to our table, it took about another 20-30 minutes or so for her to return with the drinks...which by the way tasted really bad (sour iced tea and watered down hot chocolate)
I was slightly disappointed with the management. I entered the room and went to the registration desk. I was standing right in front of the desk for about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. During that time the person on the computer didnt know how to check the comp status of a player and when a supervisor finally did, the player was unhappy and asked for a manager, and it felt like all @#$% was gonna break loose, all that time Im still standing there like I was invisible. The room manager did finally greet me, walked me over to a table, and brought me some chips which was more of what I was looking for.
