Have came here 4 times for a certain event and 3 out of the 4 times what was advertised was not what was going on. This 4th time, this past weekend, they were hosting a WSOP Circuit Event, and I get there and their ENTIRE parking garage is closed. WSOP Events tend to attract a lot of players and your entire parking garage is closed?? Seriously? So I ended up having to buy in a lot later than expected due to the only parking being clear back at the hotel to where I was told I could wait for the shuttle to come pick us up. Good luck getting back to the interstate from this place, the poker room is absurdly cold (62-63 F maybe), it's on the bottom floor with no cell phone reception, the tables aren't well made, takes 10-15 minutes to get a drink, the signage to tell you where to go is horrible, everything just seems "half-assed" at this place. It's just a miserable experience every time I've been. I'm done wasting my time with this place.
