I very much enjoyed this room. Clean, quiet enough, but one side is a main walkway with slots. Sign in is a breaze with the game/waiting list electronic screen well placed. Only "complaint" would be to have the high hand jackpots also shown electronically (currently written on a board). Easy to get chips/cash out. Lots of room around the tables so never boxed in.
I found that generally there were 2-3 tougher players/locals at the table each time I played but playing tight agressive made me some cash. I would gather because it is a central casino that some locals put it in to their radar along with Planet Hollywood.
Never had a bad dealer. Paid attention and did not see any wrong payouts. My only beef is that one of the dealers was a little too preoccupied one night with a couple of locals to the detriment of the game. The rest were great and always kept the game moving.
I was never left wanting. Bar is right beside the room and the ladies, at least when I was there, were around on a regular basis.
Both day and night managers that I dealt with were friendly and made sure you were never left waiting when wanting to check in. Handled all situations quickly and kept the games rolling. Always willing to open a new table if need required. Jackpots paid out quickly and player always genuinely congratulated.
Used my Harrah's card and received $2/hr. Problem is that it takes 3 days or so to come through so I will have to wait until next visit. Sadly I've heard that your comps are removed after 6 months, so I may miss out. Otherwise seems like a great deal.
