Flamingo is an okay room in the middle of the strip. Flamingo tends to attract an older (40+) loyal Harrahs crowd, and the players tend to reflect that.
Cocktail service was okay, if a bit unenthusiastic (the waitresses tend to be, amen, reflect the age of the typical Flamingo client (see above).
Dealers were good. Able to handle table talk and action without being distracted or confused.
If you're just dropping in, it's an okay place to play. Due to the low comps ($1/hr) and high rake ($5 max) you don't find too many locals/grinders.
