The MGM poker room is still in a temporary location due to construction. It had all the necessary amenities including televisions, comfortable chairs, and food and beverage services. Nevertheless, it had a temporary feel and there was lots of construction nearby that was a distraction.
There was a mix of tourists and regulars. If played good ABC poker it wasn\\\\\\'t hard to come out ahead.
Dealers were excellent. Most were very friendly and kept the game moving. One guy was kinda a grouch and he pushed a pot to the wrong person, but it was 4am in the morning.
Where else but in Las Vegas would you be asked to rate the attractiveness of the waitresses. I\\\\\\'m over 50 and anyone under 25 who smiles at me is attractive. lol.
Management staff were excellent. They answered all my questions in a friendly manner and were very helpful in getting me seated.
Comps were sufficient to get me free lunch and dinner.
