As soon as I sat down, I noticed that the table & chair heights did not match. The the table came up too high on my chest. I'm average sized, so I'm used to equipment fitting me. The tables had a hard (marble?) outer ring which was nice for stacking chips, but creaed a step-up onto the center felt that snagged cards and chips on their way in. I did not like them. I did like that the poker room was very visible to attract players. I also liked the monitors that showed the waiting lists.
No opinion because I left quickly after collusion was tolerated at the table. Not by professional cheats, but by a couple of young guys talking.
Right after I sat down, I witnessed obvious collusion, and the dealer said nothing! I couldn't believe it. I got upset and left. One guy had told his friend to fold, and he did.
No opinion because I left so quickly.
Management noticed me leave after only 4 hands, and made an effort to keep me. But instead of offering me a new table, they should have moved one of the talkers.
No opinion because I left so quickly.
