The "room" is actually an area next to a great bar with gorgeous female bartenders and dancers (they need to open up a window so the poker players can watch the goings-on in there).
I have to say that I have never had such an entertaining time at a poker table...and it wasn't about the money (I only made 55 bucks there that night). Some of the folks at my 2-4 table had no idea of how to play poker and it made for some hilarious moments. I never laughed so hard playing poker...and that was before I got drunk.
The dealers are pleasant, professional, funny and courteous.
The waitresses are pretty cute...but they pale when compared to the beautiful girls hanging around the bar and Studio 54 which is across from the poker room.
There was lots of confusion with the new automated system (they didnt know how to find my comps) but I am sure they will get that all squared away soon.
The MGM comps you 1 dollar for every hour played. The only problem was that when I tried to cash them in nobody knew how to get into it
