Great room, new tables with autoshufflers and tables are wired to manager's desk. Their electronic list management is pretty efficient and well handled. Can get a bit noisy, depends where you're seated. Very nice ambience. Without a doubt, my biggest reason for going back, though, would be dealer GINA.
1/2 NL at 9pm to 3am on a Friday Night. Started off uber tight, there were about 10 SB/BB chops, which is unbelievable. Crowd was completely on the younger end, mostly 20's and early 30's, with an occasional guy in the 40's. Good variety of passive and aggro players. Competition was average, a few good players, but most of them made terribly bad calls. Definitely beatable.
In my 6 hour session, I was lucky to get Gina's rotation twice. She is the fastest dealer I've ever seen... EVER. We easily got 40 hands/hr, and she made no mistakes while ambidextrously chatting it up. Can't say enough great things about her, she's worth every chip that you tip. The rest of the dealers were great, too, no mistakes other than an exposed card here and there, but that was more due to the marble ring and/or players' hands getting in the way, than to dealer incompetence. If all the dealers were as great as Gina, I'd never leave this room.
Cocktail waitresses were attractive, and reasonably fast. Some were nice enough to bring me 2 waters at once. I don't drink alcohol when playing, so can't testify to the quality of the drinks.
Management was very well organized and quick. They've got that wait system finely tuned. They're very accomodating with making table changes and will make every effort to seat you with your friends. We never had any floor rulings at our table(s), so can't comment on that.
Can't testify on this part either.
