One of the few rooms that didn't smell like smoke, even though it's open to the casino. Not loud either. Spacious room, comfy chairs.
For my first trip, I did well at the cash games - 2 winning sessions. Mix of good and players, easy to identify which was which. Played a tourney too - not too bad a structure, though I didn't cash.
very competent, just enough talk.
I don't really care what the waitresses look like - I'm there to play poker. got drinks when I needed, Corona is Corona ;)
Work very hard to get games going. I got there about 1/2 hour before tournament and they put in a prop player to get a 3rd 1-2 NL game going. We started with 3 and had an almost full table about 10 minutes later - this was mid-morning. They also worked hard to get a limit game going and were successful.
Didn't play long enough for any comps.
