I will admit that there are some nicer rooms as far as physical quality goes (Aria, Venetian, Wynn) but everything in MGM is above average and very comfortable to me.
One of the best parts about the MGM is the wide array of not very good players and players that are not quite as good as they think. Still some decent players and a fair share of sharks but they are not hard to spot.
Some are better than others but all do the job well enough to satisfy me. Some of the dealers are very friendly and have great personalities that really help to make the time spent there more enjoyable.
Quick enough, and they always keep coming. I have played about 25 hours in the last two days and have always had a drink at my seat.
Friendly, helpful, and very caring about your business. I am very happy to call the MGM my "home" poker room and one main reason for this is the superb management.
$1/hr. Has paid for my lunch at the Rainforest Cafe and the MGM Buffet on several occasions recently.
