Shwanky. Such a large room, but very comfortable. Like a lot of other people, I do wish they'd get rid of the marble track. Every time I get a card pitched there I'm worried I'm showing when I drag it up.
Maybe it was the MM crowd, but I didn't see a single player that was scary. Mostly tourists there to splash around and have a good time (like me). The .50/1 game does not seem to have drawn all the fish off.
Good. One Asian guy was having a hard time making himself understood to some college kids, but later he brought up reducing the rake for a short-handed table.
This really varied. My buddy at another table said he couldn't drink his fast enough, but in one short (90 minute) session I never saw a waitress. This place is no IP, huh?
Good. The floor people were quick to smile, get chips if no runners were available, and manage the list.
I assume I was getting $1 per hour, but never really checked.
