One of the nicest looking rooms around. Comfortable place to play except for the annoying music from the adjacent bar. The pitiful restrooms are a big minus (for women anyway). Waiting on line in a tiny bathroom detracts from the experience. The music and restroom situation are why I downgraded from a 5 to a 4. I didn't dislike the marble on the tables, though I know others did not like it.
I played twice, once during the late afternoon and once at night. During the afternoon, the competition was mixed, with a couple of terrible players and the rest ranging from semi-decent to pretty good. At night the drunks upped the fish quotient considerably. I'd say on the whole about average for the rooms I played.
Professional and friendly on the whole. One misdeal and the occasional card sliding around on the marble was about it for problems. The electronics made things easy for the dealers to get seats filled quickly.
Drinks came reasonably quickly and the waitresses came around often enough, which is all I care about.
The electronic system was working well while I was there. Seats were filled quickly, chips showed up in a jiffy, no problems. I wouldn't call the staff the most friendly around, but they were courteous and professional.
Didn't ask. I'm giving an average rating when I didn't get comped.
