The best looking poker room among all the ones I've been to (Monte Carlo, Harrah's, Binion's, Bellagio, Wynn, Flamingo, Excalibur, Mandalay Bay, and Luxor), not only because of the best equipment, but also because of the layout. It's huge, so spacing is plentiful between the tables. Noise from the Centrifuge could be a little maddening at times, but you'll get used to it.
Mostly tourists at the 2-4 tables. A few decent ones at the 4-8. Didn't experience too many players chasing with crappy hands, although I got rivered a couple of times when my top pair lost to a two pair, and my made trip Qs ended up splitting a large pot due to a mid kicker that didn't play.
Dealers are younger than some of the other places, and they're not very talkative, which suits me just fine. They seemed to be quite adept at dealing, since I didn't see any misdeal.
Drink speed is average. For a large room, I only saw two waitresses working at one time. Didn't see anything special in the looks department. In fact most of the waitresses are older (in their 40s).
I had no problem getting seated. The room was never packed when I was there. Their computer list system was constantly updated. There were two managers running the show and they did a very good job overall. They were open to suggestions - one day at the requests of a few players, they decided to spread a Crazy Pineapple game.
$1/hour with the Players Club card redeemable at most of the restaurants on-site. They scan your card only when you're seated and the computer takes care of the rest. One caveat: the comps accumulated in the poker room can only be redeemed in the poker room. You must go up to the poker room manager and ask him/her to print out a voucher. Once the voucher is printed, I think you have a week to use it.
