Nice room. Large, plenty of room, tables well-kept, comfortable chairs, and the room is easy to find. One side is for NL games and the back half by the deli and restrooms is where the limit games and tourneys are held, with the cage in the middle. The Stage Deli is across from the back entrance next to the bathrooms, it's easy to grab something there and eat tableside while playing. The noise from Centrifuge can be overwhelming, as dealers/players have been known to have to shout during play. That keeps me from giving a 5 rating.
Usually pretty juicy. Lots of out-of-towners who wander in to try their luck and wander out with empty wallets (usually). Don't get fancy, play straightforward poker, and 9 times out of 10 you'll show a profit.
Lots of great dealers with personality. Amanda, Kirk, Marlo, and Bobby are some of the best dealers in town. There are others, but I remember them because they've been there for a while and are usually on duty when I play there in the evenings.
Pretty good. They use the bar across from the Stage Deli by the back entrance so the wait isn't too long. I do think they could use an extra server in the evenings, especially on weekends, but they do their jobs well as it is now.
The evening staff is pretty good at directing players to the correct table and getting players seated. The dealers swipe your player's card at the table, so you get credited immediately. The brush staff tends to get swamped at times because of the constant action, not due to lack of effort. Lately they've been announcing tournament updates to the players while play is in progress, and the players seem to like it.
The usual $1 an hour on your player's card. I would give this a 5 rating if your comp dollars could be used at the gift shops as well as the restaurants.
