This was a great room. This was my first time in Vegas and I stopped at several casinos. This was definitely in my top 3 (Bellagio, Venetian, and MGM)
The competition when I was there for 4 days varied. The first two days were average and the second were a somewhat tougher. As a virgin to live casino poker (only home games prior to this trip), I felt very comfortable immediately with this level of competition. For comparison, I was only playing 1/2.
I thought the dealers were generally very good. More often than not they had great personalities and some even were able to carry on side conversations with the table without messing up what they were doing. Did not experience many table errors.
The cocktail waitresses were better than average in the looks department, but service time was generally slow.
The room was managed very well. The electronic wait list was a big plus and I wish more rooms had that. Being a newbie, the desk was a great help explaining all of my questions.
I wish I could rate this as N/A since I did not have a comps card and did not push for comps I really can't fairly rate this.
