The room quality is very good and the play is fun and enjoyable however the room managers need some help with the rules. If a player does not protect their cards and they get swept into the muck the hand should be dead! The room manager allowed them to point out the two cards from a pile and play to the end. This was a very bad call in my opinion!
Mostly friendly and enjoyable play. Some players get to loud and insulting when they are having a bad day. Room manager just sits back and allows this to continue.
The look to the manager to settle issues who could care less.

Can not say as I did not stay after the rule violation and there were several other players who left when I did. Pulling cards from the muck is a very bad. I don't care if they are a regular or not.
