This is probably my favorite room in Las Vegas. It has modern decor, great new tables with marble edging, pot lines and a bunch of bells and whistles for the dealers. It is easily the most roomy card room in Las Vegas. It's next to the sports book and a great little bar. Very cool, very high tech very large. Just a great room.
I have visited this room in the afternoon and late evening. It seems that the competition is pretty easy in the afternoons. Perhaps this is when many of the tourists are visiting. In the evenings, the competition seems to get tougher. Some regulars and locals seem to dot the tables. If you find yourself at a tough table ask for a table change. They are very accomodating here.
The dealers are fantastic. Very personable and very professional. Not a lot of table talk here. They will speak when spoken to and are very friendly but don't gab away like other places. No mistakes were made that I saw and I spent quite awhile here.
Cocktail waitress were attractive and quick to get drinks. My only complaint was that they didn't come around often enough. Maybe they are under staffed?
Management varied. The people taking names for the list did their jobs but seemed a little cold and snobbish. The woman who called the names from the list and sat people at their tables was extremely friendly and professional. She was also very accomodating when making table changes. She filled tables as soon as seats opened and you didn't have to play short for too long. The people at the cage were also very friendly and accomodating.
I played there for two nights and didn't really pay attention to the comps. The dealers were very quick to ask if you had a players card to ensure you got your credit. If you didn't have a card they urged you to get one so you could start collecting your comps.
