I played here for the 1st time this year, as I thought the 11am tourney on Saturday looked good with enough runners and plenty of chips. I was right, there were 50 players, the restrooms were next door during breaks, plenty of sports screens and the sports book next door,so I also played the midweek $60 tournies which were also fun.
This is just about the right balance for anyone, there a few of everything, locals, fish, good players and almost everyone friendly and chatty.
The dealers were really good, made few mistakes and would have a chat with anyone. It was this friendlyness of the dealer which I enjoyed so much, it made for a relaxed and enjoyable game
Also very good, I have not put excellent for this as they are not fantastic looking, but they comeround often enough and are also friendly and quick.
Mark, the manager while I was always playing, was quiet but extremely efficient behind the scenes, sorting his dealers and calmly sorting any minor issues. Although There were none on my tables, he was friendly and helpful, excellent.
You don't usually get comps for playing in tournies, but they gave them to me,only $1 an hour, but all I had todo was register my card and remember tolog out with the desk when out and I got the $1 an hour. Very nice.
