One of MM’s poker floor bosses reached out to me and asked how their tournament structure could be better. I recommended that the blind levels be increased from 15 to 20 mins. She immediately took my recommendation and upped the blind levels to 20 mins.
I appreciate that type of great customer service and I've since renewed my membership.
