This room is finally moving in the right direction. The poker room manager is making significant changes. Six months ago, I was convinced this room was about to go under. Now, between the strong management and an influx of players from Sno, the room is alive and well. Sure, there are some growing pains and adjustments to the new rules and culture, but overall the changes are positive and it's clear that management is "thinking like a player" and making changes that will improve things.
There are still a handful of dealers that are genuinely incompetent, but it's only a few - most range from average to very good. With new management, I'm guessing those few very bad dealers won't be around for much longer.
And yes, the food and food service is absolutely horrible. I've had to wait over 30 minutes just to order on a night when there were only 5 tables running in the entire room. But to be fair, the poker room management has no control over food service at Muckleshoot.
