Went to this poker room with my girlfriend. We witnessed this so called member of management be rude, nasty and discriminating against one of the players. He flat out lied and said this player was asking other players for money when we were at tables for over an hour with the same player. We overheard him tell the player they were asking them to leave for the day and not to return until a Monday. My girlfriend and I thought this was totally wrong so my girlfriend called up the next day and spoke to a Jennifer who apologized and said the player was owed an apology and even told my girlfriend there would be a comp card waiting the next time we came there. My girlfriend then also contacted back the following day per message she got to call a Supervisor named Richard which she did. He proceeded to tell my girlfriend that this player was a scammer and was known for asking people for money. Well me and my girlfriend are calling BS in that. We saw this same player in two different casinos and asked many people around there who knew the player and all said the same thing, this person NEVER asked anyone for anything. Your management here are a bunch of liars and treat people of race unfairly. We will not be returning back to this room or there Daytona Beach location and definitely will be sharing our experience.
