poker incompetence

Went here to play the noon tournament. Got there at 12:15. 17th "alternate. "

Twenty plus people waiting for a tournament seat by 12:20
Plenty of open tables.
I ask the floor what his intentions are. He states that the staff will be here at 1pm and that he will have more tables going.
Tournament started at 12:05
Clock is running. Staff is scheduled for 1.
Do you @#$% idiots comprehend what's wrong here. Same @#$% different dump. You @#$% need to revamp your entire industry. You're beyond pathetic. If you can't facilitate a tournament, don't @#$% have tournaments. Quit wasting people's time. Complete morons.

THE TWENTY DAYS OF HOLIDAY MYSTERY CASH HIGH HAND GIVEAWAY DECEMBER 1ST – 20TH 2024

Resorts World Poker Room will award the player with the highest qualifying hand in any participating game a Mystery High hand Giveaway prize valued between ($100 and $3500).
The first player to achieve the highest hand in each Qualifying Period will have a chance to select a Holiday Mystery Cash Envelope from our drawing drum located inside the Resorts World Poker Room. See Staff for more details.

-Daily tournaments: Month of October $200 NLH 5K GTD at 12:05 and $200 NLH 3K GTD Nightcap at 7:05pm.
-Rake on promo eligible game is 10% $4-Max with a $2 promo Rake $1@$10 and $1@$30. Promo begins December 1st.
-Rake on $4/8, $6/12, $8/16 Mix is 5%, $5-MAX
-Rake on $2/5 NL and $1/2 PLO is $1 at 10,30,50,80 and last one at $120
