If you are not a regular the manager will go against the proper decision.
There is a reason why they are trying to give away free time. They are cheating the customers.
Stay away there are better places to play.

Hey Hugh,
You got a little out of line tonight and sometimes that needs to be set straight. The way you spoke to an older gentleman was wildly inappropriate and we stand by our decsion. Sometimes doing the right thing for the other people playing the game means telling someone who's had too many trendy seltzers is part of running a credible room.
We're more than happy to have players like yourself go to other rooms and act incouragebly there. We would advise you that some of the managers of the other places you speak of were here tonight, so you might have issues there to.
