I just wanna start out by saying I play the rooms in Dallas. They don't care what their customers think when I brought the bathroom situation to the general managers attention he just wanted to argue with me about it. I own a business that is customer service oriented business I would never argue about or try to defend a disgusting bathroom. The dealers are also subpar to those other rooms in the area. Unfriendly and defensive it's a sad situation. Don't waist your time , go to TCH

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. Our staff is working hard add constantly improving. We’re proud of our dealers and the job they do. We’re not perfect, but we’re trying pretty hard to be consistent, friendly place to play poker.
I’m sorry if I came across as defensive during our conversation about the restrooms a couple of weeks ago. I had just taken rubber gloves off after cleaning the bathrooms myself 10 minutes before we had the conversation. As a business owner, if someone told you that you didn’t care, would you bristle up a little bit?
