If this room wasn't in Vegas it would absolutely be your spot. Vegas is a city with many good poker rooms... So competition is extremely fierce.
Staff is world class...
Poker room manager has changed many times over the years... So I can't accurately comment here however I can say whoever it happened to be at the time always showed me the utmost respect and served as an ambassador for the room.
I played at this room hundreds of times over the course of the better part of a decade off and on.
The dealers here do their job by the book professionally and did a FANTASTIC job of entertaining me.
Few mistakes...
The floor staff here treat their customers like gold.
I can't remember everyone's name's it's a big staff and I do apologize for leaving people out..
There is a floor man named Steve or Steven wears glasses sorry man memory isn't what she used to be.

but he's an Ace in the business and did also truly enjoy playing against him...
He is a an Excellent and avid No,-Limit holdem cash game player that I played against many times over the years.... He does his job with class and is very insightful seeing things from a professional poker players view-point. Because he is a good player himself. AND NO I'm not just blowing smoke most industry people that play are donkies that are just trying to have fun stir up action and support their fellow dealers .....

As far as what isn't ideal at this room... Alot of the best local players in Vegas play here because it is such a wonderful and inviting, place to play with such a friendly and accommodating staff...
So I guess it's flaw is it's too good of a room therefore attracts alot of sharks which makes the games often tough to make money in... Lol
I'm sorry you guys but I can't just sugar coat everything...
I give my unbiased honest opinion and that's what I would say is the only chink in the armor of an otherwise nearly flawless poker room.
Food options are excellent, I ate at Subway alot with comps...
I don't just throw compliments around willy nilly but 5 stars is NOT enough for this world class poker room... It truly Deserves 6 or 7 ...
Do yourself a favor and play here don't bother with the strip, bunch of traffic and no parking.
