It was a disappointing trip this year. The poker room is on the main casino floor and there is a lot of smoke to deal with, even though the area is smoke free. The chairs were very uncomfortable and not adjustable.
Many regulars, but more tourists that bring a bit of instability to the game. The are distracted and chatty with each other.
The dealers were very relaxed and I recognized many of them as long time dealers in the room, but they loved to talk and it was distracting and bothersome. They make mistakes when they don't pay attention to the table.
The waitresses were kept busy. Lots of drink orders, but they seemed to do OK.
The management has a good system and it seems to work well.
They are part of Harrah's and do comps. They also have high hand jackpots as well as AA's cracked most of the day.
